Stirred tanks in the food and consumer-goods industries handle mixing, emulsification and fermentation. Whether mixing is uniform directly affects product-quality consistency, yet conventional methods struggle to observe the internal distribution without breaking the seal.

Our solution
Based on the TJUERT resistance tomography system, with food-grade electrode packaging (316L stainless steel, CIP-cleaning compatible), a contact-electrode array is mounted on the tank’s outer wall or top cover to image the internal medium distribution continuously.
